Contract Description:
AESY provided development, modernization, enhancement, operation, and maintenance of a web-based communications tool for the Pension Benefit Guaranty. Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation protects the pensions of nearly 44 million American workers. The Plan Activity Report Tool (PART) connected key divisions with satellite offices that track benefits for PBGC’S customers – 29.000 private single-employer and multi-employer defined benefit pension plans. The PBGC’s Benefits Administration and Payment Department (BAPD) uses the PART to monitor, measure, analyze and manage communications and coordination activities between Trusteeship Processing Divisions (TPDs) and Field Benefit Administrative Offices (FBAs).
